Product Description
This delicious and delicately flavoured jam made from beautiful peaches grown in an old family orchard in the Riverina New South Wales has been lightly infused with sage leaves and allspice. Spread this delicious jam on hot buttered toasted sourdough bread or homebaked scones or muffins. Alternatively smear a tablespoon of jam over a chicken fillet then roast in the oven! (Baste juices from the jam over the chicken whilst roasting). See “Serving Suggestions” for plenty more ideas.*

Fresh home-grown peaches, lemon, apple, cloves, water, ground allspice, sugar, lemon juice and fresh sage leaves.
Use as a topping for a canape or water biscuit spread with goat’s or cream cheese or perhaps as an addition to your cheese platter. This delicious jam could also be served with gourmet pork sausages, potato mash and steamed green beans or perhaps drizzle a little over a roasted duck fillet* *Refer to Duck Fillet with a Lime Caramel Sauce under “Main Courses” in the recipe section of this website to see how to cook a duck fillet.
