- A generous slab of cake taken from the largest cake size produced by PITP, this product comes to you ready to go – no further wrapping required – supplied on an oblong silver cake board wrapped in heavy duty cellophane and finished with festive Christmas ribbon
- Same recipe has been used each year since 2009
- Our cakes will keep maturing for up to 12 months (some existing customers savor their previous cake until the new one arrives!)
- No minimum order

Each cake is heavily laden with fruit, comprising currants, raisins, sultanas, chopped dates, hand sliced figs, chopped prunes, dried cranberries, chopped glace ginger, mixed peel, glace red cherries, vanilla extract, almond essence, lemon rind, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg, butter, brown sugar, eggs, treacle, top quality brandy and orange juice.
