Product Description

An interesting and delicious jam, lightly infused with orange blossom water, has been made from beautiful apricots grown in an old family orchard in the Riverina New South Wales. Enjoy with a generous dollop spread on a piece of hot toasted sourdough or a homemade scone. See “Serving Suggestions” for plenty more ideas.*

Fresh apricots, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, vanilla bean seed and orange blossom water.

Using a few tablespoons of jam in a small bowl, add another tablespoon or so of boiling water, stir to make a thick sauce and fold through your home-made fruit salad to give it an interesting “gourmet” element of flavour.
