Back again for 2017 this thick jam has become a favourite with many customers. It has plenty of “notes” because of the infusion of flavours – cherries, some cranberries, mustard, mustard seeds and honey all cooked in a juicy citrus syrup. See “Serving Suggestions” for ideas on use.

Dried sour cherries, dried cranberries, sugar, crushed pineapple, pineapple syrup, orange juice, honey, mustard, mustard seeds, grapefruit juice, fresh ginger, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and butter.
Use instead of butter with toasted cheese sandwiches, pour over a block of cream cheese as an appetiser with drinks or add a little to a salad dressing or vinaigrette. Use hot or cold as a delicious accompaniment for ham on the bone, a ham sandwich, roast lamb, lamb backstraps, lamb and duck fillets or added to a red wine sauce to make it sing! Can also be used with pork. To make a sauce: Add a little boiling water to some jam, transfer to a pan and return to the boil. Once the required consistency is obtained serve as an instant sauce! If too thick add more water, if too runny continue reducing down in the pan over a medium heat.
