Chilli Plum Sauce

Product Description

A new edition in 2017 to the PITP Preserves Collection, blood plums picked from an old family orchard in the Riverina District of New South Wales have been used to make this delicious and spicy sauce with plenty of uses.  See “Serving Suggestions” for ideas.

300g

Fresh blood plums, white sugar, white wine vinegar, fresh chillies, sea salt, ground star anise and fresh ginger.

Use as a dipping sauce for Asian spring rolls or rice paper rolls.  Can also be used with chicken fillets, chicken thighs, roasted duck, duck fillets, lamb backstraps or lamb fillets.
