Fresh homegrown blood plums, onions, water, white sugar, cider vinegar, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, sea salt, ground coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and cloves.
Use as a dipping sauce for Asian spring rolls or rice paper rolls. Can also be used with chicken fillets, chicken thighs, roasted duck, duck fillets, lamb backstraps or lamb fillets.
