Product Description
This very brightly coloured jam has plenty of “notes” and full of flavour because of the addition of spices, a little chilli and plenty of citrus zest. Use with lamb shanks, roast lamb, barbeque meats, gourmet sausages etc. See under “Serving Suggestions” for other uses.

Fresh beetroot, onion, lime, orange, lemon (juice and zest of all three), birdseye chilli, sugar, olive oil, ground star anise, ground cinnamon, cracked black pepper, sea salt and chives
Mix a little with some softened cream cheese spread to make a delicious dip, or serve atop savoury shortbread with a dash of goat’s cheese as a tasty and colourful appetiser! Top with a sprinkle of finely chopped chives.
