This long standing PITP product, using a spicy vinegar made especially by PITP for this sauce, has endless uses. Try as a pasta sauce for a quick dinner, a base sauce for home-made pizza, or use with barbeque meats, sausages and hamburgers or serve with sausage rolls and party pies.

Tomatoes, onions, red capsicums, garlic, ginger, water, sugar, sea salt, apples, PITP spicy vinegar, fresh parsley, fresh basil, fresh oregano leaves, fresh thyme leaves and cracked black pepper
This sauce can be a tasty addition to toasted sandwiches, bring a little “zing” to your salad dressing by adding a teaspoon or so or perhaps add some to your hearty home-cooked casserole.
