Orange juice, cider vinegar, honey, garlic, sea salt, fresh thyme leaves, coarse-grain mustard, cracked black pepper, sugar, orange zest, potato flour and water
Shake bottle well then transfer required amount to a small pan, bring to the boil, reduce heat then cook a little further to thicken. Drizzle over your choice of meat or fish. If too thick add a little water, if too runny continue reducing down in the pan over a medium heat.
