Another delicious jam, infused with a good slosh of cointreau, has been made from beautiful plums grown in an old family orchard in the Riverina New South Wales. Enjoy with a generous dollop spread on a piece of hot toasted sourdough or a homemade scone. Alternatively serve with your barbequed chicken, lamb backstraps, pork fillet or a roasted fillet of duck. Fresh plums, sugar, water, lemon juice and Cointreau.
Use as a topping for a canape or water biscuit spread with goat’s or cream cheese or perhaps as an addition to your cheese platter.
