300g
Lemons, rock salt, fresh bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black mustard seeds, coriander seeds, whole cloves and extra lemon juice
$10 per jar
Add some finely chopped preserved lemon to your salad dressings for a more “gourmet” salad, serve some slices atop a piece of crispy skin salmon, incorporate in a preserved lemon and white wine jus or a letter butter sauce (as pictured). To use: scrape off all pith and use skin only. If too salty for your taste, rinse lightly under cold water before slicing.
A free brochure (complete with three complimentary recipes) is available to assist those who may not know how to use preserved lemons
