Fresh Roma tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, hot chillies, sea salt, fresh coriander and spring onions
Use instead of butter with toasted cheese sandwiches, pour over a block of cream cheese to serve as an appetiser with lavosh crackers and drinks, use as a dipping sauce for sausage or spring rolls, serve as an accompaniment with poached chicken. or add a little to a salad dressing or vinaigrette.
